Highlights of the event include the induction of former SWTFA Executive Director Jimmy Vaughn into the the SWTFA Hall of Fame. The ceremony will take place on Saturday, November 8, 2008.

Also in the works are a showcase of Arkansas short films, a short play contest and undergraduate, graduate and professional auditions.
